Hello! I’m Aubrey. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in English from Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) and an Associate of Science in Business Administration from Thomas Nelson Community College (TNCC).
In my current role as a Case Manager, I’ve had the privilege of overseeing an impressive caseload. From initial intake to the resolution of each case, I bring a proactive and innovative approach to my work. My responsibilities extend beyond case management, as I also provide valuable paralegal support to the assigned attorneys, ensuring all legal requirements are met with precision.
What sets me apart is my dedication to customer service excellence. I am the primary point of contact for our clients, managing all communication channels—be it calls, emails, meetings, or correspondence—with a keen focus on responsiveness and clarity. Additionally, I pride myself on my ability to navigate high-pressure situations with ease, resolving conflicts and troubleshooting challenges as they arise.
